Community ResourcesOffice of Aging, Orange County Community Resources
California Department on Aging Resources The California Office of Aging provides a wealth of information on community resources for the elderly and disabled including daycare, legal services, transportation, housing assistance, senior centers and more. Rainbow Home Care offers an array of unique services to Southern California Regional Centers and its consumers. Recognized by the State of California as a preferred vendor for the developmentally disabled for over a decade, we work extensively with Regional Center of Orange County (RCOC) and Eastern Los Angeles Regional Center (ELARC). Rainbow originally began serving the Regional Center of Orange County in 1999 with Homemaker and Personal Assistant services. Shortly thereafter we added Supported Living Services (SLS) and today Rainbow now offers these three services to both the RCOC and ELARC. Our standards are highest among home care providers. For example, before a trained caregiver is employment eligible, they are LiveScan and background checked, TB and drug tested, and certified in CPR and First Aid. Rainbow has been proud to share in the growth and progress of our consumers. Our services have been used for unique purposes and we have experienced inspiring outcomes that we'd like to share with you. Please contact us for more information and to see how we serve the disabled community. http://www1.rcocdd.com/content/pdf/VendorSearch/vendorextractpdf.pdf |
